- Finish with a simple troubleshooting and a clear limit before contacting the host.
The five block form model
- Specific Name: "Coffee coffee machine", not just "Cooking".
- Use: what the device allows to do.
- Steps: three to five numbered shares.
- Attention: a really necessary safety or maintenance rule.
- If this does not work: Simple check, then contact.
This structure is read quickly and can be reused for each equipment.
Example for a coffee machine
1. Fill the tank to the marker. 2. Lift the lever and place a capsule. 3. Close the lever, put the cup down and press the button once. 4. Wait for automatic shutdown. If the indicator flashes without starting, check that the tank is properly engaged.
Add a picture of the button and specify where to discard the capsules. There is no need to detail descaling if the guest is not to achieve it.
Equipment to be documented as a priority
Start with what triggers messages or can be misused: heating, air conditioning, TV, plate, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, lock, pool, spa and charging station. The obvious objects don't need a plug.

Test the package leaflet with an outside person
Ask someone who does not know the accommodation to use the equipment only with the card. Observe the moment when this person hesitates, without helping him immediately. A different photo or a more precise verb is often enough to correct the problem.
