Who writes the guides?
The content is prepared and read by the WelloGuest team, which designs the digital guest book solution and works daily on arrival routes, travel instructions and travel autonomy. We use recurring questions from hosts, property managers and hosting companies to select topics and structure responses.
We do not create false authors or fictitious testimonies. When content is based on WelloGuest's product experience, this origin is assumed. When dealing with an external subject, the relevant sources are indicated.
How is an article prepared?
Each guide has a specific intention: to prepare an arrival, write a message, structure a booklet, explain equipment or compare two formats. The article is then organized to provide first the essential answer, then a method, examples and a directly usable checklist.
Before publication, we monitor the consistency of the advice with the actual functioning of WelloGuest, readability on mobile, internal and external links, dates, encrypted statements and possible limitations of the subject.
Sources, regulations and limits
For regulatory, tax or platform-specific information, we focus on official sources and indicate their link. A WelloGuest guide remains a teaching resource: it does not replace the opinion of an administration, a lawyer, an accountant or the updated conditions of a booking platform.
Text examples are templates to customize. The host remains responsible for checking the address, schedules, accesses, numbers, codes and rules applicable to its accommodation before transmitting them to guests.
Updates and corrections
We review content when a feature changes, an official source evolves or a useful accuracy is reported. The visible verification date allows to know the freshness of the content; a substantial change results in a new update date.
