When creating and using an account, WelloGuest can collect identification and contact information: surname, first name, login address, telephone, role, account information, preferences and security features.
When using the service, WelloGuest can process the content added by the host: booklets, texts, languages, arrival and departure information, Wi-Fi, access codes, equipment, media, local recommendations, location records, extras, consultation statistics and support messages.
For payments and subscriptions, the information required for billing, payment tracking, refunds and litigation may be processed. Full credit card numbers are not stored by WelloGuest.
Data are used to create and secure accounts, provide the service, generate booklets, manage subscriptions, process orders or extras, send necessary notifications, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Some data can be used to improve the product experience, correct errors, measure the use of booklets, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and accompany customers in the configuration of the service, where the applicable legal basis allows.
Treatment may be based on the performance of the contract, JIDELLO's legitimate interest in securing and improving its service, compliance with legal obligations or consent where required.
WelloGuest can rely on technical providers strictly necessary for the operation of the service: LWS hosting, payment Stripe, Google services when the user chooses Google connection, certain cartographic features or translation, provider of transactional emails and security tools.
After consent when required, WelloGuest can also use measurement and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure visits, conversions and campaign effectiveness.
Only the data necessary for the service concerned shall be transmitted to those providers.
Guests may consult a booklet, use certain invited features, fill out site records or interact with information prepared by the host.
The host shall remain responsible for the information requested or published in its booklets. WelloGuest acts as a technical tool for the provision and management of such content.
Account data are retained for the duration of the service and then deleted or archived according to applicable obligations.
Invoicing data may be retained for legal accounting periods. Technical logs are kept for a limited period of time, commensurate with the need for security, diagnosis and prevention of abuse.
WelloGuest implements reasonable measures to protect data: HTTPS encryption, access control, minced passwords, administrator access restrictions, backups and technical logging.
However, no system is completely risk-free. Users must keep their confidential identifiers and report any suspicious use of their account.
In accordance with the GDPR and the Information Technology and Freedoms Act, you can request access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition to the processing or portability of your data when these rights are applicable.
