Add a true photo of the accommodation and indicate the contact channel to be preferred. Avoid promising a permanent availability if it is not guaranteed: specify the timetable and the emergency procedure.
Arrival, address and access: text to copy

Add a map link and a photo when two entries are similar. Separate codes by use: gate, building, property, keybox or parking.

No. Keep only the sections useful to the accommodation and add the particularities that may block or surprise a guest.

Word helps to write, the PDF to print, while a digital booklet remains more convenient to consult and update on the phone.
